Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside, awakes
Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and they will come forth later in uglier ways.
Experience is the mother of wisdom.
The Force is what gives a Jedi his (her) power. It’s an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.
At a breath rate of four breaths per minute, you experience positive shifts in mental function. You are more aware and may have increased visual clarity. Pineal and pituitary function is coordinated at an enhanced level to produce a meditative state. When habitually you breathe four times per minute you are just the perfect image of God. And the person whose breathe rate is four times per minute; he is the person who is the agency of God. He has the right to breathe, he has the right to say good things, and those things shall manifest. Bring your breath rate down to the rate of four breaths per minute. It will take you three minutes to calm down no matter what the state of affairs.
Breathing three times per minute as a regular meditation will change all of your mental worries and problems. Your whole life will change. 31 minutes is a formula of longevity, tranquility, self-balance, and intuition.
Sat Nam and Happy New Year! Our theme for January is: The Aquarian Teacher. “Some of you who are sitting here will become great Teachers of the Age of Aquarius. You must understand that you have to build your character first. Care for yourself, be kind to yourself, be compassionate to yourself. That is what you have to do.” -Yogi Bhajan, 4/23/97
